"We had the absolute BEST vacation EVER in Keith's house in the Vail Valley. With a large group of 2 separate families, the floor plan was perfect. We had plenty of space to be alone, and plenty of space to be together. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home with every amenity imaginable from a collection of great CD's and DVD's (with numerous stereos throughout the house to play them) to the incredible kids wing with too many games, puzzles, and activities to mention and a Chefs Kitchen with EVERYTHING you need to prepare a feast for 12." Early Season (week incl. Thanksgiving - mid-Dec)... from $600/night (4 night minimum).
Holidays.............................................................. $1600/night (7 night minimum).
January 03 - end of January.................................. $800/night (5 night minimum).
February and March.............................................. $1000/night (7 night minimum).
April - Closing...................................................... $700/night (7 night minimum).
Spring (closing - Memorial Day)............................. from $400/night (4 night minimum).
Early Summer (Memorial Day - June)......................from $500/night (4 night minimum).
Summer (July - Labor Day weekend).......................from $700/night (7 night minimum).
Fall (after Labor Day - before Thanksgiving week)... from $300/night (4 night minimum).

Important Notes:
- Rates in US Funds.
- 7 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY DURING PEAK TIMES; 4 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY OFF PEAK.  Peak season is generally February - April 15, July, August, Christmas & New Year's.
- Saturday to Saturday stays are required for most of the year, especially peak times.
25% deposit due at time of booking.
All monies are due 60-days prior to arrival.
Refunds are possible if re-rented to another party of equal value; $150 fee will be assessed.
4.4% sales tax is charged on all rentals.
$250 minimum cleaning fee.
$500 damage deposit. The damage deposit will be refunded three weeks after departure.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.  Simply call the Manager with your credit card information.
