Our home has six levels.  The floor plans below highlight the key areas of our home.

Sleeps up to 16 adult guests...up to 20 including kids: 6 Bedrooms, 2 Lofts, 5 Bathrooms, 3 King Beds, 2 Queen Beds, 1 Double Bed, 1 Trundle Bed, 3 Twin/Single Beds, 2 Sofa Beds, 2 Pack 'n Plays.

The sleeping arrangements for our 6 bedrooms are:

• 2 master bedrooms w/ california kings
• 1 guest room w/ califonia king
• 1 guest room w/ queen
• 1st kids room - queen bed, bunk beds (bottom is a full, top is a twin); additional twin
• 2nd kids room - trundle bed, twin bunk beds, 2 Pack 'n Plays
• Other - 2 Sofa Beds
