- 25% deposit due at time of booking.
- All monies are due 60-days prior to arrival.
- Refunds are possible if re-rented to another party of equal value; $150 fee will be assessed.
- 4.4% sales tax is charged on all rentals.
- $250 minimum cleaning fee.
- $500 damage deposit. The damage deposit will be taken as a credit card authorization.
